Over the years I’ve launched product lines into Harrods, Selfridges, Spa’s in London and Monaco, I managed entire supply chains single-handedly. I have worked with celebrities, major corporates like the Bank of England, and some of the biggest names in wellness. I’ve hosted and co-hosted hundre events and retreats, held space for groups of 150+, spoken on TV and radio, and run workshops at international festivals including the Health Optimization Summit.

I’ve coached thousands of women through 1:1 and in group programs, built a loyal newsletter of 2,500+ subscribers, grown 12.6k Instagram followers, and created all my own content, online courses, and marketing funnels. I’ve built a six-figure business while navigating a divorce and raising my children as a single mum.
