In a Bionic Breathwork session, you’ll move beyond your comfort zone and into the heart of your healing. Using the power of your breath, guided prompts, and a carefully curated music journey, you’ll be supported to move through emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual layers of release and re-alignment.

Each breath becomes a tool for:

1:1 BREATHWORK

Every session is a guided journey designed to meet you exactly where you are—mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically.

We begin with a grounding conversation to help you feel safe, seen, and supported. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I hold space for whatever arises, without judgment or rush. You’ll be introduced to the breathwork practice, how it works, and the unique benefits of Conscious Connected Breathwork.

You’ll also receive a short coaching session before we begin breathing—your opportunity to explore what’s coming up emotionally, clarify your goals, and set a powerful intention for your session.

The Breathwork Journey

Your session may include both seated and lying-down practices, tailored to your comfort and capacity. You’ll wear high-quality headphones for a deeply immersive experience, breathing to a carefully curated playlist that supports emotional release and nervous system regulation.

As we move through the breath journey, I may intuitively incorporate gentle hands-on bodywork to support somatic release, unlock tension, and deepen your connection to the breath. This fusion of sound, touch, and breath allows for transformation on every level.

Together, we move through phases of:

  • Active conscious breathwork

  • Emotional release

  • Integration and stillness

Integration & Aftercare

After the breathwork, we’ll gently return to the present and explore how to integrate the insights, emotions, and energetic shifts into your daily life. You’ll receive practical support and tools to help you anchor the transformation—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

The Benefit Of More Than One Session

For the deepest transformation, I recommend committing to at least three sessions. Healing happens in layers—just like the breath—and each session allows for deeper emotional release, energetic alignment, and lasting change.

My Training & Experience

I’m trained in Altered States of Breath, Bionic Breath, and Holosomatic Breathwork, with over 400 hours of trauma-informed, somatic, and energetic facilitation training.

Breathwork is the missing link that took my coaching from transformative to truly life-changing.


It’s not an add-on. It’s the anchor.

Why Breathwork Changed Everything For Me

I’ve done a lot of wild things on my healing journey.
Treatments. Ceremonies. Rituals. Healings.
Some sacred. Some weird. Some... let's just say, experimental.

But Conscious Connected Breathwork?
That was the thing that actually changed my life.

When I was going through my divorce, breathwork didn’t just support me—it cracked me open, rewired my nervous system, and showed me a version of myself I hadn’t met in years.
It took my breath away (literally), blew my mind, and helped me find my power again.

Why I’m So Passionate About It

Because it works.

Because I breathed myself back to life.

Through my breathwork practice, I:

  • Broke lifelong emotional patterns
