This powerful style of Breathwork bypasses the thinking mind and takes you directly into the body, subconscious, and energetic field. Through breath, music, and intuitive guidance, you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true self.

Soul-Led Breathwork Sessions

Every session is a guided journey to meet you exactly where you are, mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. With a grounding practice to help you feel safe and supported, we set a clear intention before moving into the breathwork itself.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, music, and intuitive guidance, you’ll release stored emotions, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your true self. Each journey flows through active breathwork, emotional release, and integration, leaving you clearer, lighter, and more aligned.

1:1 Sessions
A deeply personalised experience where coaching and breathwork combine to help you explore what is rising, set intentions, and move through layers of healing at your pace.

Group Sessions
A shared space of connection and transformation, where the collective energy amplifies the experience while you are still held safely in your own process.

Integration & Transformation
After each session, you’ll receive support and tools to anchor your insights and embody the shifts in daily life. For the deepest transformation, I recommend a series of three or more sessions, as healing unfolds in layers, just like the breath.

My Training & Experience

I’m trained in Altered States of Breath, Bionic Breath, and Holosomatic Breathwork, with over 400 hours of trauma-informed, somatic, and energetic facilitation training.

Breathwork is the missing link that took my coaching from transformative to truly life-changing.


It’s not an add-on. It’s the anchor.

Why Breathwork Changed Everything For Me

I’ve done a lot of wild things on my healing journey.
Treatments. Ceremonies. Rituals. Healings.
Some sacred. Some weird. Some... let's just say, experimental.

But Conscious Connected Breathwork?
That was the thing that actually changed my life.

When I was going through my divorce, breathwork didn’t just support me—it cracked me open, rewired my nervous system, and showed me a version of myself I hadn’t met in years.
It took my breath away (literally), blew my mind, and helped me find my power again.

Why I’m So Passionate About It

Because it works.
Because it goes deep.
Because I breathed myself back to life.

Through my breathwork practice, I:

  • Released generational trauma

  • Broke lifelong emotional patterns

  • Cleared the space to manifest the future I now live in

  • Rebuilt the most important relationship of all: the one with myself

After leaving a toxic marriage that left me feeling unworthy and unlovable, breathwork helped me love myself again—not through affirmations, but through full-body remembering.
