Connected Breathwork is a powerful transformative practice designed to release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and promote deep healing.
Talk therapies and coaching can be powerful tools, but they often only scratch the surface. They don’t always reach deep into the unconscious mind, where we clinging onto uncomfortable emotions and patterns rooted in our past. These hidden layers are where we are stuck and where we find ourselves repeating the same cycles, unable to fully release the pain and move on.
Connected breathwork goes beyond the conscious mind, accessing these deeper parts of us to unlock and heal what words alone cannot reach.
A connected breathwork practice is a deep and insightful experience where you will breathe yourself out of your comfort zone, this may sound daunting but nothing will change if you continue as you are going!
Through the power of your breath, guided prompts and powerful music you will embark on a deep journey working through the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your break up or divorce.
Each breath brings you closer to clarity and inner peace, helping you gently release the stored emotions that weigh you down, from grief and anger to sadness and fear.
This practice can be intense and challenging but you will always be expertly guided in a safe space for your healing and transformation.
Breath by breath, you’ll release stored emotions, break free from old patterns and find empowerment and excitment in a new beginning. .
1:1 BREATHWORK
In a 1:1 session, we’ll start with a detailed introduction to the breath practice, covering what it is, how it works, and the benefits it offers. We’ll also have a short coaching session to discuss your challenges, emotions, and goals, setting powerful intentions for the session.
The breathwork itself may include a combination of seated and lying-down practices, depending on your needs. You’ll breathe to a tailored playlist, moving through various phases of active breathwork and a final integration phase.
After the breathwork, we’ll discuss how to integrate the experience into your daily life in the days following the session.
For the most profound results, it’s recommended to commit to at least three breathwork sessions. Some contraindications apply, so please consult with Naomi before booking your session.“The more you breathe,

I have done a lot of crazy things over the years on my healing journey and had some wild experiences. All kinds of treatments, ceremonies, rituals, healings…. But CONNECTED BREATHWORK - literally took my breath away, blew my mind and changed my life when I was going through my divorce.
The reason I am so frickin passionate about breathwork is because it is so frickin powerful!
You can heal yourself by breathing. You can release generational trauma, deep seated patterns and habits and heal addictions. Through your breath you can increase and improve your self awareness and your relationship with yourself which in turn will benefit everyone around you. You can completely change the unchangable through simply breathing.
I had to breathe it to believe it and now I am passionately holding the space for others like you to do the same. Bringing the breathwork into my coaching has been the missing link for the deep change I have seen with my clients.
I am trained in Altered States of Breath, Bionic Breath & Holosomatic Breathwork and have completed over 300 hours of training and practical expereince.

Attended Naomi's bionic breath session in Chislehurst in APR 24 which was also my first time with breath work. Although the class was full, there was enough space to be comfortable. Naomi made everyone feel comfortable and explained what the class would involve and all of the possible outcomes of the breath work during the class and also afterwards. It was a great experience and introduction to the practice and I would definitely recommend and will be returning. My advice is everyone who has not done it before is to give it a go, I am sure you will have a great experience.
