Hi, I am Naomi Buff
I have been on the wildest journey over the last 44 years!
I am not going to lie I am not where I thought I would be, but I am exactly where I’m meant to be!
I can honesly say I absolutely love myself, and I love my life.
But this hasn’t come easily. I’m still very much on my journey to becoming the woman I’m truly here to be, and I believe that my life’s mission is to keep growing, learning, evolving, sharing, and inspiring others along the way.
I’ve faced my struggles. I’ve hit rock bottom countless times—some of those times truly scared me but they always became the catalysts for major change.
My journey has included the familiar threads of childhood trauma. As the first daughter born to a Lebanese father who wanted a son, I felt unworthy from the womb. My parents divorced when I was nine, and through my school years, I often wondered how I fit into the world’s chaos. Eventually, I realized that I didn’t want to fit in—and standing out felt much more me.
I had my first child just before my 23rd birthday and my second at 30. I’ve been married and divorced twice. The second one broke me—not only the divorce but the relationship itself. It’s been my greatest teacher and I will be forever grateful.
I’ve had health scares, accidents, and illnesses that have tried to hold me back, but I’ve chosen to learn from each one, I have always risen from every challenge.
I also moved to Monaco, started my business there (teaching French chefs to cook, even though I’m not a chef and don’t speak French!). I single-handedly launched a food supplement that made it into Harrods, became a runner-up on Monaco MasterChef, and created a healthy menu for The Fairmont Hotel.
My life has been a rollercoaster of experiences—some real champagne moments, others on the bedroom floor—but I’m grateful for it all. Each experience has shaped the woman I am and the woman I’m becoming.
I am an unstoppable force of magic!
