My Journey Back Into My Body
I have had many “bed floor breakdowns” over the years, one only a few months ago after recovering from a serious mini break in A&E and emergency surgery.

My body was numb. My mind paralyzed.

I gave myself permission to feel it to heal it.
And it passed, within just a few days, not weeks like before.
And the real magic is in the sweet space of the surrender I was able to realign to a deeper truth that I hadn’t seen before!
