Terry didn't plan to build a breathwork empire. She was deep into biohacking when she stumbled into a breathwork class that cracked her wide open. The kind of shift that makes you realize you can't not share this with people.

She founded Bionic Breathwork because she'd watched too many people she loved struggle with addiction, trauma, and pain that traditional methods couldn't touch. She believes healing comes from within, and breathwork is the fastest way to unlock it.

Her teaching style is high energy, accessible, and never takes itself too seriously. When she's not training facilitators or holding space for transformation, she's at the beach in LA with her two sons or hunting down the world's best biohacks.

Jaime Cooke - Master Trainer, UK/Europe/Middle East

Jaime runs Bionic Breathwork across the UK, Europe, and UAE. She's been in the wellness world for 10 years, but breathwork is where everything clicked for her.

Her sessions are visceral.

She curates organic house and ethnic music mixes that turn breathwork into a full somatic experience.

You don't just breathe with Jaime, you move energy, release what's stuck, and leave different than you came in.

Beyond breathwork, she's a Pilates teacher, low back pain specialist, house DJ, and has been running women's retreats for 9 years across Italy, Spain, Costa Rica, Ibiza, and the UK.

Naomi Buff - Master Trainer, UK

Naomi found breathwork in 2017 during the hardest period of her life. It held her when nothing else could.

In 2022 she trained in Altered States of Breath, not to teach it but to survive a horrendous time of her life. Breathwork became the tool that carried her through the complete shattering and rebuilding of her life.

Now with over 400 hours of training, Naomi has worked with thousands of women globally. She knows what it's like to have your life fall apart and what it takes to choose yourself when staying small feels safer.

She blends conscious connected breathwork with moon cycles, astrology, and nervous system science. Her work serves women who are tired of surface-level healing and ready to do the real work.

Do I need to have experience facilitating breathwork to take this training?

No. This training is for anyone ready to hold space for breathwork, whether you're brand new or you've been practicing for years and want proper certification. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What's the difference between this and other breathwork trainings?

A: This is Bionic Breathwork. High-energy, music-driven, somatic. We're not sitting cross-legged whispering about the breath. This is a full-body experience that moves stuck energy and creates real transformation. Plus, you're learning from women who've built successful breathwork businesses and actually hold space regularly, not just teachers who teach teachers.

Can I start facilitating immediately after the training?

A: Yes. You'll leave certified and ready to hold space. We give you the tools, the confidence, and the container to start facilitating right away. Whether you want to offer 1:1 sessions, run group classes, or integrate breathwork into your existing practice, you'll have everything you need.

What if I don't feel confident enough to facilitate after the train

You won't be doing this alone. You get three post-training Zoom coaching calls to ask questions, work through blocks, and get support as you start facilitating. Plus, ongoing support from the Bionic community. Confidence comes from practice and having people in your corner who've been where you are.
