I'm Naomi Buff

45 years of plot twists, breakthroughs, and bedroom-floor breakdowns have shaped the woman I am today. I won't lie, its been an utter shit show of a journey at times but all needed for my soul evolution of the woman I am proud to be today.

I’ve built businesses, raised children, gone through hell and back in a toxic marriage and divorce. And I have rebuilt myself more times than I can count.

I have launched products into Harrods, taught French chefs to cook without speaking French and I was on Monaco Masterchef...my path has been anything but ordinary.

How The Cosmic Stargazer Was Born

I discovered breathwork in 2017 while trapped in a toxic marriage and crumbling on the inside, I was a broken mess and a shell of the woman I am today.

Breathwork gave me this incredible gift I hadn't felt for years.... true peace and stillness.

I was hooked and it soon became my anchor, the one tool that transformed my life from the inside out so much so that I was called and pulled to train to become a facilitator with over 400 training hours completed

After my divorce in 2020, I began working deeply with the moon, syncing lunar energy with sound for my in-person events.

When life shifted, I knew I wanted to bring that same magic online, to reach more women and offer something accessible, powerful, and lasting.

From that vision, The Cosmic Stargazer was born in June 2025 providing a sacred space for women to breathe, align, and rise together. In a short time the magic and miracles I have witnesses have completely exceeded blown my mind and my expectations! This is just the beginning for women.

What is the Cosmic Stargazer Membership?

The Cosmic Stargazers Membership is a bi-weekly Breathe with the Moon & Stars live online breathwork experience designed to help women in midlife reconnect with themselves, release emotional blocks, and align with the natural rhythm of the moon. Each month includes two live guided breathwork journeys, reflections, and access to a supportive community. It’s a sacred space to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

How do the Moon & Stars influence the sessions?

Each New Moon offers a potent time for intention setting and manifestation, guided by its astrological sign. Each Full Moon provides a powerful opportunity for release and illumination, also guided by its specific astrological energy. This unique alignment amplifies your personal energetic shifts, providing a cosmic roadmap for your transformation.

How long does the membership run for?

You have 3 beautiful ways to join:

Are there any contraindications for Breathwork?

Yes, safety is paramount. Breathe with Moon & Stars involves intense breathing. It is not recommendedif you are pregnant, have severe cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure (unmedicated/uncontrolled), epilepsy, a history of aneurysms, severe psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, detached retina, or recent major surgery/physical injury. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor first.

I have experienced trauma, will I re-live it?

Your safety and well-being are our highest priority within this trauma-informed space. Breathe with The Moon & Stars is designed to facilitate release and nervous system regulation, not to make you relive traumatic events. While it's possible for emotions or sensations related to past experiences to surface as your body releases stored energy, the emphasis is always on gently moving through them and integrating, rather than re-experiencing the original event.

You are always in control, guided by Naomi's compassionate presence. She will teach you tools to stay grounded, and you have full permission to adjust your breath or pause at any moment. Our intention is to help you process and release what your system is ready for, fostering deep healing and self-leadership without re-traumatization. If you have a complex trauma history, we recommend consulting with your therapist or mental health professional to determine if this experience is right for you at this time.

What if I miss a live session?

You will be emailed the recording the following day and it will be available to watch on replay for 14 days

What do I need to prepare for the session?

An empty stomach is advised before practicing breathwork (avoid eating for 3 hours prior). Wear comfortable clothing.

You will need a yoga mat, blanket, flat pillow (optional) water, and a journal.

Headphones and eye masks are also recommended for a deeper immersion to cocoon you in the experience.

Make sure you have good internet, a charged device and that you will not be disturbed for the 90 minutes of the session.

Sometimes, temporary tension in certain muscle groups

These are all normal and healthy signs that your body is actively processing, releasing, and rebalancing itself on a physical, mental, and emotional level. You're simply allowing your system to do what it's inherently designed to do: heal and regulate.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, absolutely. We offer a full guarantee within the first 28 days, as long as you’ve attended at least two live sessions. If after that you feel The Cosmic Stargazer isn’t the right fit for you, simply reach out and we’ll process your cancellation with love and no hard feelings.

Can I join The Cosmic Stargazer anytime?

The full membership opens only twice a year (December + June) creating an intimate and aligned experience for everyone who joins. If enrollment isn’t open right now, you can still join one of our live sessions for £22 to get a taste of the magic. However, the full membership includes so much more including access to the community, lunar rituals, and exclusive bonuses which are only available during the main enrollment periods.
