You'll be guided through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey on zoom, integrating elements for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic shifts. During Conscious Connected Breathwork, you're creating a temporary, safe shift in your body's oxygen and carbon dioxide levels. Yes, safety is paramount. Breathe with Moon & Stars involves intense breathing. It is not recommendedif you are pregnant, have severe cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure (unmedicated/uncontrolled), epilepsy, a history of aneurysms, severe psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, detached retina, or recent major surgery/physical injury. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor first.
An empty stomach is advised before practicing breathwork (avoid eating for 3 hours prior). Wear comfortable clothing.
You will need a yoga mat, blanket, flat pillow (optional) water, and a journal.
Headphones and eye masks are also recommended for a deeper immersion to cocoon you in the experience.
Make sure you have good internet, a charged device and that you will not be disturbed for the 90 minutes of the session.
