Over the 4 days of onsite Bionic Breathwork training you learn how to guide powerful, science-backed breath journeys using conscious connected circular breathing, evocative music and NLP. Across the training you’ll learn how to safely work with the nervous system, help clients access deeper layers of consciousness, and support them to release stress, anxiety and stored trauma. You’ll discover how to hold space for the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the work from physiological sensations and energetic release, to heightened states of awareness and creativity so your clients leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves. You'll learn the fundamental framework of running a soul led business and generating an income from the impactful work of breathwork. The 4 days training involve workshop teaching, breathwork sessions, connective exercises and a closing ceremony.

No. You don’t need any prior experience in breathwork or the wellness space to join us. What matters far more is your genuine curiosity, your openness to the work, and your desire to support others through the power of the breath. If you’re willing to show up with heart, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

This training is designed to work around real life, not against it. You’ll attend four in‑person training days in Tunbridge Wells (you can choose either the May or October intake), followed by three live Zoom integration sessions to deepen your skills and confidence from home. You’ll also receive a comprehensive training manual with everything you need to know, so you can revisit the teachings in your own time and at your own pace, even alongside a busy work and family schedule.

As soon as you complete the training, you’ll be ready to start teaching. Throughout the four in‑person days and three online Zoom sessions, you’ll receive clear guidance, structure and support, and you’ll actually practice leading sessions within the training itself. You’ll also be given a step‑by‑step roadmap on how to begin offering your own classes, so you’re not left wondering what to do next and you can start sharing this work with others straight away, with confidence.
